Terms of service
Edge Curriculum's terms of use — what you can do with our content, what you cannot, and the governing law.
These are the terms of service for edgecurriculum.com (“Edge Curriculum,” “the site,” “we,” “us”). Use of the site is governed by these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the site.
Last updated: 2026-05-12.
Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using Edge Curriculum, you agree to these terms. We may update them; the “Last updated” date above indicates the most recent material change. Continued use of the site after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Operator
Edge Curriculum is operated by Lumenwhite Media Holdings Pte Ltd, a Singapore-incorporated media-holding company (“the operator”). Mailing address: [TKTK: Singapore registered office address]. Legal inquiries: legal@edgecurriculum.com.
Use of the site
You may use Edge Curriculum for personal, non-commercial reading and reference. You may share links to our pages. You may use brief excerpts for commentary, criticism, news reporting, teaching, scholarship, or research, in accordance with applicable fair-use and fair-dealing doctrines.
You may not:
- Republish full pieces, or excerpts longer than approximately 300 words, without prior written permission from press@edgecurriculum.com.
- Use Edge Curriculum content in placements that imply endorsement, partnership, or sponsorship without prior written permission.
- Use automated tooling to scrape, mirror, or republish the site at scale, including for the purpose of training a machine-learning model on our content, without prior written permission. We may, depending on the request and the purpose, grant such permission.
- Frame, embed, or otherwise display Edge Curriculum content in a way that obscures the source.
- Use Edge Curriculum content in a way that violates applicable law.
Intellectual property
All content on Edge Curriculum — including but not limited to written work, images, the wordmark, layout, and code — is owned by Lumenwhite Media Holdings Pte Ltd or licensed to it by named contributors, unless otherwise indicated. Contributors retain copyright in their work and license it to the operator for publication.
The Edge Curriculum wordmark and visual identity are the trademarks of Lumenwhite Media Holdings Pte Ltd. Third parties may use the wordmark in editorial contexts that cover the publication (e.g., a news story about Edge Curriculum) without prior permission. Other uses require prior written permission.
Republication
Republication of Edge Curriculum content is handled case-by-case. Contact press@edgecurriculum.com with:
- The specific piece you propose to republish.
- The proposed venue.
- The proposed treatment (full republication, partial, with or without editorial framing).
- Whether you intend to monetize the republication.
Short excerpts (under approximately 300 words) for commentary, criticism, or news reporting do not require permission. Please include a link back to the original.
Reader-submitted content
Edge Curriculum does not host a public comments section. We do receive reader correspondence at our published email addresses.
By submitting correspondence to us (including pitches, tips, corrections, and general editorial inquiries), you grant Edge Curriculum a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to read, store, and use that correspondence in our editorial work. We do not, by default, publish reader correspondence verbatim; if we intend to quote from your correspondence in a published piece, we will contact you for permission unless the correspondence was itself sent on the record for publication.
You confirm that any content you submit to us is your own work, does not infringe on the rights of any third party, and does not violate applicable law.
Disclaimers
Edge Curriculum publishes editorial content for informational purposes. We are not in the business of providing professional advice — career counseling, legal advice, financial advice, or any other regulated advisory service.
Reference pages on credentialing programs are descriptive — they describe the program as it stood at the time of publication and our last update. They are not endorsements, recommendations, or guarantees of outcome. Credentialing decisions remain the reader’s own.
Hyperlinks to third-party sites are provided for convenience. Edge Curriculum is not responsible for the content of third-party sites.
We make a substantial effort to verify factual claims before publication. We acknowledge that errors occur. Our corrections policy and process are described in our Editorial Guidelines. If you find an error, contact corrections@edgecurriculum.com.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Lumenwhite Media Holdings Pte Ltd and its officers, employees, contributors, and affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of Edge Curriculum.
Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the site is to stop using the site.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Lumenwhite Media Holdings Pte Ltd and its officers, employees, contributors, and affiliates from any claim arising from your use of Edge Curriculum in violation of these terms.
Operator’s right to modify the site
The operator may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of Edge Curriculum at any time without notice. We may revise published pieces (with dated correction notes), withdraw pieces (with replacement notes), or update reference pages.
Termination
We may, at our discretion, terminate or restrict your access to the site for violation of these terms, including but not limited to abusive scraping, unauthorized republication, or use of automated tooling at a scale that affects site availability for other users.
Governing law and dispute resolution
These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, without regard to its conflict-of-laws provisions. Disputes arising from these terms or from use of Edge Curriculum will be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
Where applicable consumer-protection law in your jurisdiction provides for non-waivable consumer rights, this clause does not limit those rights.
Severability
If any provision of these terms is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
